The Club Tropical hotel, part of the Islazul chain, stands out for its management in the Varadero resort. With a three-star category and all-inclusive modality, it maintains occupancy with foreign tour operations in one hundred percent of the rooms in service.
The comfort of facilities and its proximity to multiple points of interest in the area such as restaurants, entertainment venues and shops, place it in the preference of tourists throughout the year. Their main market is Canada, and they currently have all capacities sold until February.
However, the group aspires to diversify the clients’ sending countries for the summer stage of 2024. Its general director, Bárbaro Díaz González, explains some of the strategies based on hospitality and excellent service.
The cocktail services in the different bars and the personalized attention in the beach area raise customer satisfaction levels. Their rest areas offer relaxation and comfort to unwind at the end of the day, and despite the complexities regarding supplies, they maintain efficiency levels.
The Club Tropical facilities equally weight recreational activities in the pool area and nautical activities in the beach area, such as windsurfing, kayaking and volleyball.
They currently operate with 100 rooms and hope to add another 43 in the first quarter of 2024, upon completion of an investment process that renews the hotel plant in accordance with customer demands. (ALH)
