A delegation from the province of Sichuan, China, visited the city of Matanzas, in western Cuba, to explore the possibilities of cooperation and exchange in the tourism sector between both territories.
Ouyang Zehua, vice president of the Sichuan Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and director general of the Sichuan Provincial Financial Regulation and Supervision Office, expressed his interest in learning about the particularities of the operation of tourism in Cuba, as well as the regulations and procedures for foreign investment.
Sichuan es una provincia muy reconocida en China por sus recursos turísticos, entre los que se destaca el panda gigante, y Ouyang Zehua propuso realizar jornadas y promociones del turismo de Matanzas en la localidad asiática, para mostrar las características del mismo y alentar la colaboración con empresarios chinos, reportó la ACN.
