The University of Matanzas will function as a summer camp from next Friday the 28th to Monday the 31st.

During those days it will house young people from the FEU with outstanding results in teaching, work and research.

Undoubtedly, an option to enjoy and also to learn from will be history and culture through various activities.

The latter include visits to sites of historical interest and tours of downtown areas of the city, as well as entities of economic, cultural, and social relevance.

Others are also planned in the house of higher studies, with the participation of the movement of amateur artists.

International Youth Day, which is celebrated every August 12, is among the special motivations to have a good time on the occasion.

Added to this is the anniversary of the birth of the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro Ruz.

Young university students have shown throughout the history of the revolutionary process that they must be counted on; hence they are present in every battle waged by our people. (ALH)
