Motivated by the advent of the 63rd birthday of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR) and the celebration between September 26 and 28 of their great appointment, the cederistas of Jovellanos turned to the furrow in a profitable day of productive work.
To areas of the Cooperative of Agricultural Production Evelio Valenzuela, of the Carlos Rojas Popular Council, the cedistas arrived to plant more than five hectares of cane, a contribution that contributes, according to directors of this CPA, “to the fulfillment of the planting plans of the recently initiated cold campaign.”
The day became the stage to recognize the most outstanding cooperative members and deliver the card to new militants of the Communist Party of Cuba.
This productive day is included among the activities scheduled for the new anniversary of the organization of the Cuban family and those prior to its conclave.
The Jovellanenses cedistas were accompanied by party and government authorities in the province and in Jovellanos, and by the mass organizations. (ALH)
