Matanzas celebrates the tenth anniversary of the Energy and Mines Union

The journey of the tenth anniversary flag of the constitution of the National Union of Energy and Mines Workers culminated in the Matanzas Fuel Marketing Company, one of the entities highlighted for its productive results.

With the assistance of the first secretary of the Party in Matanzas, Susely Morfa González, and Governor Mario Sabines Lorenzo, the event was held for the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the National Union of Energy and Mines.

The outstanding companies were recognized, as well as the groups and workers, who earned the Merit seal for industriousness and solidarity. The 12 brigades that provided support to the recovery of the western provinces, after the hydrometeorological event, were feted at the ceremony.

On September 18, labor groups will celebrate the anniversary with the commitment to continue contributing to the development of the Cuban economy, under the motto of For Cuba, Productive and efficient. (ALH)
