The members of the sociocultural project Más Esperanza in Unión de Reyes are carrying out a range of activities to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the José Martí Brigade of Art Instructors.

Use the up/down arrow keys to increase or decrease the volume. My brigade is still here is the slogan that accompanies the José Martí Brigade of Art Instructors (BJM), which is about to celebrate an anniversary of its creation, where they preserve the idiosyncrasy and cultural values of the nation.

Commander in Chief Fidel Castro insisted on the importance of this brigade. Its beginning on October 20, 2004 marked the consolidation of Cuban culture in pursuit of art.

From that moment on, the members of the brigade take art to all corners of the geography, they educate, they transmit values with the purpose of transforming society.

In their daily activity, the members of Más Esperanza demonstrate the desire of a young instructor who, with few resources, is willing to take culture to the most remote places of the geography of Unión, with the purpose of reaching every life through love.

Despite the current circumstances, the Art instructors in Unión de Reyes demonstrate that with will, initiative and a lot of love, culture can be taken to various places in the geography of Unión. (ALH)
