A group of young people received the card that accredits them as new members of the youth organization or of the Party, and were recognized as militants, students who won competitions, guides, UJC Base Committees, members of the High School Student Federation and the municipalities of Los Arabos, Ciénaga de Zapata, Pedro Betancourt and Colón, the latter as Provincial Vanguard.
The commitment of pioneers and youth included preparing for the future and defending the Homeland. A cultural gift was the performance of impromptu artists, troubadours and dance groups, who enlivened the celebrations for the 62nd anniversary of the José Marti Pioneers Organization and the 61st anniversary of the UJC.
