The International Fanciers Federation and its campus in Cuba celebrated this Thursday the close of the VII National Congress of Fanciers, after several years of break by the pandemic Covid-19.
The meeting that gathers the best trainers of the country, its counted with the presence of the President of the International Federations of Fanciers, Mr Istvan Bardos, and part of the orb executive.
In the Freedom Square of Matanzas recognized the organization and quality of this date among the fanciers of all the corners of this island and deposited a flower offer together with the authorities of the population.
«Is important to keep the fanciers tradition because is one of the most beautiful sports and noble in that the man and the animals interact together» declared by Mr Istvan Bardos.
In the campus of the Matanzas Ornithological Association inaugurated the 32th National Exhibition of Olympic Cycle, organized every two years in Cuba and in this occasion with 2021-2022, and highlighted the pigeons with better performance of the country according to criteria as speed, amount of kilometers traveled, color and quality of the feathers and wings, among others.
The president of the international pigeon Federation recognized to his counterpart in Cuba, Hector Avalos LLufrido, who was elected recently with reason of this congress.
Istvan Bardos stressed also the excellent work that realized in each exposition and the support of the authorities of the province on this practice, that add up tradition and to far and wide of all the Cuban archipelago.
