From June 5 to 9, the Plaza América Convention Center in Varadero will host the V International Congress of Agricultural Sciences, convened by the Fructuoso Rodríguez Pérez Agrarian University of Havana.
The objective of this contest is to generate knowledge and exchange experiences that promote integration between the various areas of knowledge related to educational sciences, economic and business sciences, social sciences and physical culture; that reinforce the social mandate of higher education and highlight the contribution of universities in terms of innovation with an eye toward defending and fulfilling the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda.
As reported to Girón by Maydolis Cabrera, head of the Department of Communication at the Agrarian University of Havana, the scientific program of the event will include master lectures by national and international experts, as well as plenary sessions, workshops, presentations, virtual posters and a scientific-commercial exhibition.
