Como alternativa y complemento de los medicamentos industriales, surge la medicina natural y tradicional que actúa en los cuatro niveles de atención de la salud: la promoción, la prevención, la curación y la rehabilitación. Hay plantas que ayudan a combatir el virus como el orégano que impide la replicación del mismo al igual que el romero.

De igual forma para combatir las arbovirosis los especialistas recomiendan la hidratación constante. «Hay que suplir las necesidades de agua que pide nuestro cuerpo debido a las sudoraciones, vómitos o diarreas. Importante son las sales de rehidratación industriales, que pueden ser preparadas en la casa con agua hervida, azúcar, sal o bicarbonato de sodio» Explicó Yojany Díaz Payá, especialista en Medicina Natural y Tradicional.

Las infusiones de manzanilla, mentas y la albahaca son tratamientos naturales para contrarrestar los cuadros diarréicos. Igualmente los expertos aconsejan el agua de coco para la deshidratación.

In this workshop were taught talks and conferences about the nature value of Cuba and specifically The Swamp of Zapata, the professor Rosendo Martinez boarded the importance of the Photographic with the tools to the tourism promotion of the tourism of nature and adventure.

«Several Photographers with experience in the topic share their knowledge about the photographic of nature, the technique and the ethics in the development of activities in protected area. They were visited important places of ecologic interest as, the shelter of fauna Bermejas, the sheet of Soplillar, Las Salinas de Brito among others, were the participant made hundreds of instantaneous of high quality».

The pictures of the workshop will be donate by its author to the Company for the Protection of the Zapata Swamp,  to its use in the promotion of the natural value and touristic promotion campaign.
